Every year, the Bernese Art Society BKG awards the Louise Aeschlimann and Margareta Corti Scholarship. It is the biggest private scholarship for visual artists awarded every year since 1942. Artists who are residing in Canton Berne for at least one year, or have a right of residence in Canton Berne, can participate in the AC scholarship competition, which is combined with an exhibition. The upper age limit is 40 years.
